MONTO DE CHEQUES NOMINATIVOS A PARTIR DE 2009

Con fecha 3 de junio el Banco de México dio a conocer en el DOF la CIRCULAR 23/2008 que señala:

DISPOSICIONES DE CARACTER GENERAL A QUE HACE REFERENCIA EL ARTICULO 179 DE LA LEY GENERAL DE TITULOS Y OPERACIONES DE CREDITO, PARA DETERMINAR EL MONTO A PARTIR DEL CUAL LOS CHEQUES DEBERAN SER NOMINATIVOS.

PRIMERA.- Los cheques por cantidades iguales o superiores a $20,000.00 (VEINTE MIL PESOS 00/100 MONEDA NACIONAL) deberán ser siempre nominativos.

SEGUNDA.- La cantidad a que se refiere la Disposición anterior, estará vigente hasta nuevo aviso.
DISPOSICION TRANSITORIA
UNICA.- Las presentes Disposiciones entrarán en vigor el 1 de enero de 2009.
